From Humble Roots to Global Leadership: My Journey in Tech and Resilience

I didn't come from privilege.

I came from a humble Spanish family in southern France.
I traveled and settled in many places to seek my purpose. I had two kids.
I saw some success through significant setbacks and hardship.

Now I'm 36 in Quebec City, putting to work what resilience taught me.

I built my life in tech: first as a developer, then as an engineering leader.
I've scaled remote teams across 4 continents in 1B+ companies.
Turned drained teams into purpose-driven, focused ones.

I never cared about titles. It was always about solving problems.

Through entrepreneurship. Growing into my best self.
And leading others with that vision.

My story drives what I build today:

1️⃣ Authentic (and provocative) daily leadership content
2️⃣ The Leadership OS to help burned-out leaders reclaim their growth

(I also seek to join a growth-stage, remote tech scale-up.)

Because I've been the burned-out leader before, twice. I know the cost.

I don't pretend to have all the answers.
I'm still figuring out as I go on how best to contribute to you.
I just share the wisdom I wish I had 5 years ago.

I scale with purpose. Grow through actions. Deliver impact that lasts.
Always putting people first.
