How it starts

1. A free 25-minute call. We look at where your team is stuck and decide together whether I'm the right person to fix it.
2. If it's a fit, you choose Fractional CTO or Advisory. I invoice at the start of each month, and you can stop with 30 days' notice.
3. When it ends, you keep everything we built, with documentation and a handover plan for whoever leads your team next.

What is the minimum engagement length?

There is none. Both engagements cancel with 30 days' notice. Fractional CTO usually runs six months or longer.

How does billing work?

I invoice at the start of each month.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes. Move between Advisory and Fractional CTO at the start of any billing period with 30 days' notice.

What happens after the engagement ends?

You keep everything we built together, documentation included, plus a handover plan for whoever leads your team next.

Do you take equity?

No. You pay a monthly fee and keep your equity.

Do I need to replace my developers or agency?

No. I work with the developers or agency you already have.
