🔸 Day 3: Pick + train an owner Pick someone you trust and will benefit. Walk them through the system. Then step back.

🔸 Day 4: Start small Hand off low-risk 20-minute tasks or bite-sized chunks. Coach fast. Correct fast.

🔸 Day 5: Draw decision boundaries Cover what they own vs. what escalates. No gray zones. No confusion.

🔸 Day 6: Build async cadence Replace constant check-ins with dashboards + written updates. Information flows without bottlenecks.
