How to do a 10-minute tech week review:

(To set you up for Monday.)

Focus on what not to do.

Spend the review identifying tech distractions. Non-essential fixes. Low-impact work you'll ignore next week.

More efficient to clarify what you won't do than what you will.

So you can channel energy into high-impact tasks. And avoid context-switching fatigue.

Just block 10 minutes. Write 3 things down.

Disconnect.

There is an infinite list of tasks waiting for you. The hardest part is to know what not to.
