I Almost Quit Leadership

I almost quit leadership.

Not because of the pressure. Pressure is part of the job.

What almost broke me was leading without purpose. Chasing numbers no one cared about. Growth that meant nothing. A game rigged for profits while people burned out.

That's not leadership. That's corporate cosplay.

Ignore that, and you'll bleed talent, kill culture. Suffocate innovation.

Leadership without purpose doesn't bend. It breaks. And so does performance.

Purpose drives people. People drive performance.

So why do so many leaders still ignore it?
