Most of my tech stack just became a geopolitical risk

I preach systemization.
Then I almost burned out 2 months in.
I started this business to fix burned-out founders. I was the one nearing a meltdown this week.
My traction exploded the last 2 weeks. I'm grateful.
I never expected this pace.
I looked at my pipeline and wanted to hit the brakes. "I have to say no to new sales." "I can't scale quality past this point." "I want to stay solo and lean."
My perspective was broken.
I was trading growth for comfort. I was prioritizing my fear of delegation over my mission to serve.
You don't refuse the sales. You rebuild the broken system.
I was not protecting my clients' experience by staying small. I was capping their potential gain by limiting my capacity to help.
My brand is my expertise. Not my hands-on labor.
I flipped the script in 72 hours.
Instead of, "How do I slow down?" I asked, "How do I productize my brain?"
I documented every process into productized programs. I identified the 80% that could be executed by a trusted expert.
The remaining 20% (the high-leverage strategy) is my focus.
My overwhelm became the catalyst for building a scalable engine. From solopreneur to a small, focused machine in one week.
Reminder to myself: You don't scale by working harder. But by transferring your best thinking into a repeatable system.
Never refuse the sales.
