If it can wait until Monday, it should wait until Monday.

You want to squeeze in one more task.

You think momentum means never stopping. It doesn't. Burnout starts with just one more. Then another. And another. Until it's too late.

Weekends become work. Family becomes background noise.

I did the same. Hustled on my business like crazy when my first child was born. Didn't adapt to my new life. "Next weekend I'll have more time." "I must push through this deadline. I just can't postpone."

You know what you can't postpone? Seeing your kids grow.

→ Set a Friday cutoff time → Create a Monday-ready sheet → Write down the top 3 outcomes for next week → Build a first 90-minute plan

Set a no Slack policy on weekend. No deploys after 2 PM. Auto-reply set.

Treat yourself like a system. Rest it.

You have the permission to stop.
