If a decision benefits me but puts my people at risk, it's the wrong one.
It doesn't matter if it's more convenient, more visible, or even more rewarding for me.
Leadership is about making choices that protect, empower, and uplift the team—even when it comes at a personal cost.
That's the job. Own it fully, or don't wear the title.
