Outbound paralyzes me.
Reaching out to strangers. Even reaching out to people I already know.
My fear? Rejection. Impostor syndrome. That voice whispering, "Who are you to offer help?"
The truth I try to rewire: "I need them" → "They need me."
I learned that the ego isn't in reaching out. It's in waiting, assuming people should just find me.
Now I call it redirection, not rejection. A "no" is market validation. 90% will ignore me. The 10% that don't? Great things may happen.
I treat outbound like a product: Ship. Measure. Adjust. Anchored in purpose, not desperation.
I'd rather fear rejection than live with zero traction.
