- I post daily. No audience? Doesn't matter. Consistency matters
- I ship updates to my site. My platform, my voice
- I build leadership systems—tools I wish I had when I led bigger teams
- I read nonstop—tech, leadership, strategy. Input fuels output
- I block my calendar. Time is still mine to manage
- I reach out and connect to keep momentum alive
- And yes—I'm applying. Intentionally
