I get it. I used to think software costs were insane. I was wired to see IT as support. For years, R&D was treated as nice to have. And under stress, we just obsess with short-term revenue.
Hard truth? Calling tech a cost center is how you stay small.
Reframe it as a partner:
✅ Link tech to growth levers ✅ Build a PMF engine (not a product) ✅ Systemize for scale ✅ Shift from OpEx to CapEx mindset ✅ Integrate tech into strategy (not after it) ✅ Instrument everything ✅ Build. Ship. Measure. Adjust. Repeat
