Authentic leadership looks like:

✅ Owning mistakes before anyone calls you out
✅ Saying "I don't know" without shame
✅ Living your values in how you spend time, not in slide decks
✅ Being predictable when things get tough, not just when it's easy

Fake leadership looks like:

❌ Performing confidence instead of building it
❌ Dodging feedback because it threatens your image
❌ Changing your tone depending on who's in the room
❌ Preaching values you abandon the second pressure hits

Authenticity is about consistency.

Your team doesn't care about a perfect leader.
They want a real one.
