AND destroys focus:

→ "We build for buyers AND sellers." You can't boil the ocean. Pick a side. Solve the cold start problem.

→ "I am the CEO AND CTO." You are a part-time leader managing a part-time coder. Both fail.

→ "The MVP has chat AND video AND file sharing." You built a worse Slack. Nobody asked for it.

Every AND is a refusal to choose. You refuse to sacrifice.

Strategy is subtraction. Great products are defined by what they don't do.

Replace AND with ONE. One problem. One user. One solution.

You can't execute everything. So execute one thing brutally well.
