This scale is a reminder for small founders to be surgical:
→ Build vertical products the giants ignore → Stop FOMO. Ship fast MVPs to prove demand → Build on top of their APIs for the sub-niche of the sub-niche → Turn trust + brand into differentiators when everyone has the same tech
Leave big players to focus on the rails. Be laser-focused and ride them.
