You don't become great by being reasonable

You don't become great by being reasonable.

Not in this market.

Not in this climate.

I was waiting for my turn. I was waiting to feel ready to act. I was waiting for approval to chase my dream.

Essentially telling myself, "No."

Most founders are busy following old rules. Hoping someone notices.

That's not how it works.

You don't win by waiting your turn. You don't win by doing what's expected.

The world doesn't care about reasonable.

Growth? For the founders who refuse to settle. For the ones who ignore their comfort zone. For the ones who refuse "it's always been this way."

This is the price.

I had to kill my addiction to approval. I had to push past my disempowering thoughts. I had to step into rooms I was not supposed to be in.

I decided to get unreasonable.

Are you still waiting for permission? Is there one reasonable excuse you've been using to be safe?

Burn it. Write it down. Set it on fire.

Nobody remembers who waited for approval.
