Your MVP should embarrass you.

If it doesn't, you're just late.

But let's be clear on what "embarrassing" means.

It doesn't mean broken. It doesn't mean insecure.

It means limited.

I see it constantly. Founders burning $50K in 9 months building "the right way." The goal is to ship the smallest possible thing that delivers value.

Meanwhile:

→ Airbnb started with air mattresses and a basic website → Stripe started by providing 7 lines of code → Dropbox started with a demo video

Don't build a bad product fast. Build a tiny product well. Then talk to users. Real users. Paying users.

They will tell you what to build next. And it will NOT be what you planned in your 6-month roadmap.

Let the market pull the rest out of you.
