Your roadmap is useless without a clear ICP

Your roadmap is useless without a clear ICP.

You're not building software. You're building for someone.

I see this trap every week:

Founders jump straight into features, development cycles, and stacks. They don't ever nail who they're actually serving.

The result?

→ Teams chase every feature request → Products bloated with maybes → Roadmaps collapse under their own weight

👉 If you don't know your target, your product is just noise.

Tech can't compensate for a weak ICP. The best engineers can't build clarity you don't have.

That's why one of the first things you must do isn't code. It's alignment:

1️⃣ Who's your real customer? 2️⃣ What problem do they actually pay to solve? 3️⃣ How do we build just enough to win them over and no more?

Every line of code is either validation or waste. Your ICP decides which one it is.

Have you defined exactly who your product is for, or do you build blindly?

💪 Does this hit home? Stop waiting. Bring me in tomorrow.
