Queued for coffee. Queued for Instagram stories creation. Guess which was faster today? (Spoiler: Not the Instagram stories creation.)

Reminded a founder: It's okay to crash. Just reboot tomorrow. Sometimes that advice applies to me too.

Underrated leadership hack:

If information is in the field. And decision-making at the top. Then make people in the field able to make decisions.

Simple.

Underrated take:

Invest in modern and high-quality tools as a solo founder. Add up a lot to your customer experience.

Best videoconferencing tool. Best meeting scheduling tool. Best workspace tool. And so on.

Don't be cheap. Charge enough.

15Y+ of experience. Built countless apps. Founded 5 startups. Led teams in a top SF company.

95% of issues come from flaws and limitations in a system. Individual effort is not a significant factor in success.

Trust your curiosity.
