Small Posts

Short thoughts, quick takes, and micro-posts.

You have a very low chance to overcome the system. Either find an untamed niche inside it. Or get out of the system.

You are the result of the events happening in it.

Don't ever argue with your own potential. That's the real war.

You know your weaknesses better than anyone.

Stop feeding them stories.

Hey algorithm.

I'm looking to connect with startup founders from Canada. Ideally, from pre-seed to seed stages.

Is that you? Reply to this post so we can connect. 😇

I praise everyone who shares vulnerably in public.

It's priceless for many.

Even if you are still processing. Share your actions.

One action produces more impact than 5 hypotheticals.

The 80/20 clarity rule:

You don't need 10 opinions to move. You need enough signal to clear the unknown.

Act 20% ready.

The Moravec Paradox:

Humans and machines have opposite strengths and weaknesses. Human skills are critical in the AI-era.

Identify yours and focus everything you have on it.

Willpower isn't the problem. Winners don't push harder.

They build systems that make effort automatic.

Discipline is architecture.

You want to be right. But progress doesn't care about "right."

It rewards those who push through the unknown.

Experiences taught me: Excessive feedback leads to paralysis.

Most feedback misses the point.

Triage it ruthlessly.

Have high confidence in your ability to self-assess. Course-correct on the fly if required.

Most decisions can be reverted.

I'd rather ship imperfectly than debate endlessly. Progress beats perfect. Action builds confidence.

Publish what's stuck in your drafts.

Sales call in 1 hour. Me:

Startup leadership in one sentence: Operate in ambiguous and uncharted spaces.

External validation isn't possible or useful.

Try to be your best self. But then expect mistakes.

Perfection means you stopped growing.

Progress always leaves scars.

You can't lead others if you can't lead yourself.

You're exhausted, reactive, drowning. Leadership starts with energy management.

Rest is a strategy.

You think you're behind. But maybe you're just in the wrong game.

You don't lack talent but alignment.

Focus on the one place your skills feel effortless.

Consider people as disposable? Prepare for a massive backfire when the market turns.

And it will.
