Post-publish refinement strategy that doesn't feel like refining notes

Since you don't enjoy polishing notes, tie refinement to triggers you actually like:

  • Trigger: real-world use. Every time you apply a tactic (e.g., change your standup format), write a short story and drop it below the relevant section as a "Case study" block.
  • Trigger: a question from someone. Only refine the parts that people ask about. E.g., if they're confused about 3-turn limit, improve that sub-section.
  • Trigger: newsletter / tweet. When you write about async leadership elsewhere, paste that story into the relevant section instead of writing from scratch.

Those refinements become opportunistic, not a dedicated polishing sprint.
